Middle Bacon: Our sliced packs of bacon tick all the boxes being Free Range, Hand Crafted, Wood Smoked, Chemical Free, and Gluten Free. Don’t overcook this great product, a caramelisation will be obvious the bacon is ready to eat. We make a traditional product without any commonly used chemical ingredients having replaced things like Chemical Nitrite with Vegetable extract. Such a versatile product have it with eggs for breakfast or on your home made gourmet burgers.
