Bread - we are happy to post bread but recommend Express delivery. Please email info@myhomepantry.com.au to arrange. Postage of bread is at the customer's own risk. My Home Pantry holds not responsibility if the postage is delayed and the bread has been affected.
We deliver everything else AUSTRALIA WIDE
My Home Pantry delivers across Australia via Australia Post and Sendle (Couriers Please & Fastway). We may also use other independent couriers for regional areas. We will use the most efficient method for your order. If you are wanting a particular shipping method please state this in the comments. If you have a preference or have local knowledge about the best courier service in your area please let us know.
Shipping rates are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kg.
Please note that some suburbs may incur different freight charges within the same postcode. If the estimated freight charge is different to the actual freight charge for your location, we will get in touch and let you know. If you subsequently wish to cancel your order, we will give you a full refund within 24hrs. Please note this may take a few days to appear in your bank account especially if it’s a weekend or public holiday.

Light, bulky items like chips
Sending bulky items like chips can actually be quite expensive, particularly if going via Australia Post. If the freight cost is different to what you are quoted at our checkout we will let you know. You can then either pay the difference or cancel your order. We will either credit you the full amount of your order or refund you, please note refunds for orders paid via credit cards will be refunded minus the credit card fees.
Insurance for Orders
Fastway Couriers provide insurance on all parcels.
Australia Post and other couriers charge an extra fee for insurance. Please contact us if you wish to insurer your order. We will inform you of any additional charges or we can suggest another courier suitable for your needs. My Home Pantry is not responsible for any delays or breakages/spoilage of your parcel once it has left us.
Tracking Orders
Once your order has been processed and sent we will email your order’s tracking number. You are then able to log onto the relevant courier service and track your order.
International Orders
We will consider international shipping depending on the order and location. Please contact us at info@myhomepantry.com.au to discuss.
