This hand crafted bone in leg ham is something to behold is what a traditional Christmas is all about! This family recipe has been perfected over time with a long slow steam cooking process used to ensure the ham is moist with texture and character. The exceptional color and flavor can be attributed to our prided smoking process where only Australian hardwoods are used. This product is extremely popular as a Christmas centerpiece.

Made from only the finest Free Range Pork from Limestone Pork that produce exceptional Berkshire x Duroc pigs. Gamze Smokehouse don’t use any chemical ingredients with the curing process consisting of Honey, Water, Salt, Vegetable and Yeast Extract. Great sweet and smokey flavor that will look amazing either glazed or natural.

How to Order:
Please place your order only with your Christmas ham preferences. Avoid adding other products to help us manage orders smoothly. 😊

Deposit:
Reserve your ham with a $50 deposit via bank deposit. The balance will be due before delivery. Note: If you pay by credit card, any bank fees will be added to your final invoice.

Cost:
Our delicious ham is $39 per kg. Delivery cost and the final ham weight will be reflected in your final invoice. Check delivery costs [here].

Payment Method:
We accept direct deposit only due to small margins, which don’t cover bank fees. Thank you for understanding!

Delivery:
Delivery dates are to be confirmed, likely the week before or the week of Christmas.
