Bouquet garni (French for “garnished bouquet”) is a herb mix used in European and particularly French dishes. Traditionally whole stems of herbs were tied together into a bouquet, and from this the name originated. Now we have the convenience of ready to use and resealable sachets.

Used as a great flavour base for stews, homemade stock, casseroles such as Boeuf Bourguignon, Osso bucco, Coq Au Vin and many more.
