Spiral Foods Japanese Sushi Vinegar is a vital component in processing of Sushi rice. It gives the rice additional and exceptional flavour and seasoning.

Cook one cup of sushi rice, and then using a wooden spoon or paddle, break the rice while it is still hot. Gradually cool the rice using a fan and at the same time sprinkle about 30ml of Japanese Sushi Vinegar on it. The rice can be used and served when cooled.
