Carwari Organic Yuzu Kosho (Japanese Citrus Chilli Paste) – Green gives a fragrant kick to grilled white meat/fish and vegetables. It can be used as a key ingredient of marinade, sauce and dressing. Gluten Free / Vegan.
Yuzu Kosho is made from Yuzu peel (tart but very fragrant citrus fruit), chilli and salt. It is zesty and salty but also has Umami flavour.
