Zanker's Farm Black Garlic Paste 110g

This black garlic paste has been made using the Maillard process from the biodynamic garlic grown on Zanker's Farm. The Maillard process changes the amino acids and natural plant sugars, creating a food with very high levels of antioxidants. There are many other health benefits linked with black garlic, known to the Japanese culture for a long time. It has a sweet meets savoury flavour and is a great condiment to have with any meat, cheese or eggs. Can also be added to soups, casseroles and mayonnaise for that extra delicious flavour.
